Tropical Coral Garden at Sunset is one in a series of abstracts that Sonia has painted in her unique style bringing to life a secret underwater world that basks in the fading light of sunset. “I was trying to capture that moment when the last rays of the sun hit the surface of the ocean before sinking into the horizon and light reflects downwards toward the swirls and eddies of the current and the coral reef beyond.
