Shipping Information

& FAQ’s

 

All orders will be processed between 3-5 working days after receiving your order. I prepare and package your purchase to order so this time allows me to get the job done properly.

Couriers usually take 3-7 Days for Delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number to track your order. All large orders will be registered/signed on delivery. If you are not home, pick up will be from the nearest courier depot/pick up point. All courier details/tracking numbers will be emailed to the email you supply or via text message. When you receive your painting it is important to give the outside of the packaging a thorough inspection and take a photo if there is noticeable damage (very rare but important to document) before signing the delivery docket and opening, and contact me immediately.

Please be aware that fine art printing is done as a custom order. Current times vary from 1-3 weeks.

Delivery within Australia is free. There are no additional shipping costs/fees.

Pick up at my studio at Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, is possible via prior appointment.

Delivery outside of Australia - all paintings and prints to be internationally shipped will be taken off its stretchers bars (if any) and carefully rolled and tightly packed in a mailing cylinder. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have the painting re stretched and framed upon delivery. All costs associated with customs, taxes etc in your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

I currently do not offer any type of payment plan right now. Payment is required in full.

Exchange or Refund Policy

Please choose your artwork carefully as I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and I do not offer any refund due to change of heart but we can talk about an exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Where an item is found to be faulty within the first 48 hours after delivery or is already damaged on delivery, and the customer notifies Sonia Begley Art of that fault within the first 48 hours after delivery, I will either

  • Replace or repair the damaged at my discretion; or

  • If I am unable to provide a new replacement, I have the option to offer a full or partial refund dependant on the amount of damage to the product.

  • Where a new replacement is available, and the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the initial & return delivery cost if any.

If your item arrives with clear and noticeable damage to its packaging please take photographic evidence and bring to attention of delivery driver/provider. Where goods are already damaged on delivery, we require photographic evidence of the damage to be emailed to Sonia Begley Art before authorising return of the goods. Where goods are already damaged on delivery, the customer should indicate this to the delivery driver when signing the proof of delivery and ensure it is noted on the proof of delivery.

We reserve sole discretion to determine whether the goods are faulty or damaged in accordance with this policy.
